Our Work

Our Work in Atlanta

TAP’s roots stretch back to 2001 in Atlanta through Integral Youth and Family Project, Inc. Today, afterschool programming, summer camps, prom dress giveaways, and senior services continue that work, bringing learning, enrichment, and connection to Atlanta residents.

LEARN

After-School Program

During the school year, TAP hosted after-school programs at two Integral sites. In collaboration with a few community partners, they provided tutoring assistance in math and reading, along with science, social, and emotional health activities.

TAP ATL After School Program Sessions

Morehouse College: Alumni and current students visited five times each semester to host sessions on careers, personal development, and homework assistance.

Hillside: Served as the lead partner, assisting with homework and leading sessions focused on mental and social health. They also provided healthy meals and prizes to keep the students engaged.

STEAMsport: Provided STEAM programming during fall break to keep youth engaged and foster an interest in STEM-based careers.
